Yes, all transportation costs are included in the listed prices. We provide luxury vehicle transport to and from your experience location. For resort guests, pick-up is from the lobby. For non-guests, pick-up from your accommodation can be arranged for an additional fee.

For most experiences, cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. For the Private Yacht Charter and Wine Country Excursion, a 72-hour cancellation policy applies. Weather-related cancellations initiated by The Exemplar are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
